the rooftop pool offered amazing views of the surrounding area.
I was disappointed by the noise. The walls seemed thin, and i clearly heard neighbors and corridor sounds early in the morning (the cleaner started vacuuming quite early).

amazing hotel, amazing location!

I really enjoyed my stay! the santa domingo metro station is just across the street, it made getting around super easy. the rooftop bar and restaurant completely blew me away. The city views are very nice (especially at sunset!). the rooms were very practical with air conditioning.
The connecting rooms weren't soundproof. I could hear everything from the other room. it was definitely an issue at night when trying to sleep. hopefully, they can improve the sound insulation to make stays more comfortable.

The reception staff were friendly and quick. They checked me in without delay. they always had a smile and were eager to help guests, offering useful tourist advice.

The rooftop pool is a highlight. It has ample space to relax and take in the sights. the hotel's gym has free weights plus cardio machines. it is great for a quick workout while on vacation.

breakfast offers a nice variety, with hot and cold options available daily. i loved the fresh pastries (the croissants were amazing!). the rooftop bar serves delicious cocktails and small bites with amazing views.

i found the staff very helpful with my luggage and they were quick to get a room ready when i arrived earlier than expected from my flight. the beds provided a comfortable sleep after long days of walking. the hotel's location on the main high street made it easy to access shops and restaurants.
the breakfast room felt a bit impersonal, like a highway rest stop.

the room included a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks and had a safe for valuables. fresh towels were provided daily and the room was cleaned thoroughly each day of my stay. the temperature control system worked efficiently and kept the room at a comfortable level.

the hotel is close to public transportation options and several major tourist attractions are within walking distance. i appreciated the easy access to shopping areas and a wide variety of dining choices. the central location made it easy to explore the city.

I loved the rooftop pool. It was fabulous! the staff was really nice, and everything was kept very clean. the beds were great too, and the bathroom got cleaned daily!
the location is very busy, though i didn't notice street noise.
